Preparation / Directions:Heat butter in a saucepan, over a medium flame add lobster and scallions, heat and stir for 4-5 minutes add flour, salt, cayenne, and nutmeg-mix well heat and stir for 1 minute remove from heat, add cream, and stir until thickened spoon onto toast points garnish with minced parsley serve warm
