Crab Meat Patties

Ingredients:


1 pound crabmeat

3 tablespoons margarine

2 teaspoons mustard

1 large egg

1/2 medium Onion

1/2 medium bell pepper

1 stalk celery

1 Cup bread crumbs

1 Cup Onion ring mix or flour

1 Cup cooking oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop all ingredients fine. Combine all ingredients, and add enough bread crumbs (or cracker meal) to be able to form a patty. Roll patty in flour and deep fry in hot oil.
