Crab Casserole

Ingredients:


1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted

1 can crab meat -- (8-oz)

1/2 cup prepared stuffing mix

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup lite mayonnaise

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -- to taste

1 teaspoon cajun spice -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in a casserole dish for 1 hour.
