Crab Canapes

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1 large egg yolk

1 cup crabmeat

5 slices bread slice

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, salt, and pepper-mix well add egg yolk-mix well fold in crab toast bread on one side only spread other side with butter cut diagonally into quarters spread buttered side with crab mixture top with parmesan cheese broil for 4-5 minutes, until tops are lightly browned serve hot
