Crab And Vegetables

Ingredients:


1 package mixed vegetable - -- (16 oz) (broccoli -- carrots, water chestnuts)

8 ounces imitation crab meat sticks -- cut bite-size

4 tablespoons kikkoman lite soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper

1/4 cup white wine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Defrost and cook vegetables according to package instruction, using a covered saucepan. Add crab pieces when vegetables are almost finished. Add spices and wine and stir occasionally until vegetables are cooked to desired softness. Serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
