Preparation / Directions:Place fish in well greased, hinged wire grill. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on fish. cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals 5 to 8 minutes. Baste, turn, and cook 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily. 6 servings.
