Ingredients:
2 kilograms mussels |
1 cup basil leaves |
4 medium green onions |
-----dipping sauce----- |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 piece lemon grass -- optional |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 bunch coriander leaves -- chopped |
3 cloves garlic |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |

Preparation / Directions:
Open the mussels by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dipping sauce and serve with the mussels.
