Savory Seafood Trio Casserole

Ingredients:


6 1/2 ounces drained crabmeat

6 1/2 ounces drained shrimp

6 1/2 ounces drained tuna

2 large hard cooked eggs

1 cup uncooked minute rice

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/4 cups miracle whip

10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon parsley

1 medium green pepper

1/4 Cup slivered almonds

1 cup chopped celery

3 tablespoons dry sherry

1 cup dry bread crumbs

3 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, crumbs and butter. Add the eggs. Stir in carefully. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top and bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
