Savory Seafood Trio Casserole |

Ingredients:
6 1/2 ounces drained crabmeat |
6 1/2 ounces drained shrimp |
6 1/2 ounces drained tuna |
2 large hard cooked eggs |
1 cup uncooked minute rice |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 1/4 cups miracle whip |
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 medium green pepper |
1/4 Cup slivered almonds |
1 cup chopped celery |
3 tablespoons dry sherry |
1 cup dry bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons butter |

Preparation / Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, crumbs and butter.
Add the eggs.
Stir in carefully.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top and bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
