Crab Salad

Ingredients:


8 ounces frozen crab meat defrosted

5 ounces asparagus, frozen cut defrosted

1/4 cup sliced green onion

1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts

1 bunch lettuce leaves

1 bunch parsley

---Dressing---

1/2 cup plain yogurt,

2 tablespoons horseradish mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine. In a separate bowl, combine the salad ingredients. Pour dressing over crab salad. Toss gently. Chill several hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
