Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients:


1 can crab meat -- (6 1/2 oz. can), drained

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup milk

6 large hard-boiled eggs -- chopped

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup bread crumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Break crab meat in chunks, mix next 6 ingredients and pile in greased casserole top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Bake 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.. Source: Recipes Out of This World Women of St. Agnes Catholic Church Charleston, WV 1969
