Spicy Crab Gougere Puffs

Ingredients:


1/2 cup butter

1 cup water

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 large egg

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 teaspoon horseradish

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1 pound lump crabmeat

1/4 cup celery

2 tablespoons scallions
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter and water in a saucepan add flour and salt all at once heat and stir vigorously, until it forms a ball that won't separate remove from heat, cool for 30 minutes beat in eggs, one at a time, beating smooth after each drop rounded teaspoonsful, 2-inches apart, onto a greased baking sheet bake @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until puffy and golden remove from oven, split in half, and cool on a wire rack combine remaining ingredients-mix well spoon into cooled shells serve slightly chilled, or at room temperatu
