Preparation / Directions:Combine milk, egg, salt and pepper. Dip fish in milk and roll in crumbs. Fry at moderate heat 4 to 5 minutes or until brown. Turn carefully. Fry 4 to 5 minutes on other side. Drain on paper towels. 6 servings.
