Crockpot Bacon And Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:


1 can Bacon

8 medium Potatoes -- thinly sliced

1 jar Hot Cheese

2 cans Cream of mushroom soup

1 dashes Tobasco

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put half of the sliced potatoes in with half of bacon in CROCK-POT. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Add Tobasco. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 hours).
