Ingredients:


5 pounds hamburger

1 1/4 pounds sausage

6 teaspoons mortons tender quick salt

3 teaspoons whole mustard seed

3 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper

3 teaspoons garlic salt

11 teaspoons hickory smoke salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all very well and cover. Refrigerate. Take out once a day for 3 days and mix well. On the 4th day form into rolls 12 to 14 inches long. Place on boiler rack and bake 9 hours at 175. Turn rolls over at half time. When cool--wrap and can be frozen.
