Herbed Sausage Meatballs

Ingredients:


1 pound ground pork

2 teaspoons sage

1 teaspoon marjoram

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and let stand for 30-60 minutes or chill up to 4 days shape into 3/4-inch balls heat a large skillet, over a medium-low flame add the meatballs, heat and shake pan until well done serve hot, with or without sauce
