Creole Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon paprika

3/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

1/4 cup finely chopped scallions

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a small bowl stir together all ingredients until combined. Makes about 3/4 cup.
