16 ounces Sour cream

1 cup Fresh spinach leaves -- Washed and finely ch

2 tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley

3 medium Scallions -- finely chopped

1/4 cup Calverts cedar street -- Bumpy beer mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:
