Ingredients:


1/4 cup peanut oil

3 teaspoons crushed red chiles

3 teaspoons garlic

1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste

1/4 cup scallions

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil in a skillet, over a moderate flame add chiles and garlic heat and stir for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant stir in remaining ingredients heat and stir until thickened remove from heat, cool
