Rich Tarter Sauce

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

1 large egg yolk

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

3 teaspoons parsley

3 teaspoons onion

3 teaspoons dill pickle

3 teaspoons capers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine vinegar, mustard, pepper sauce, egg yolk, salt, and pepper in a food processor process until smooth with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream add remaining ingedients and pulse just to mix cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve slightly chilled
