Pineapple Mint Julep Sauce

Ingredients:


3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

3 tablespoons bourbon

8 ounces pineapple crushed.

1 tablespoon fresh mint minced

1 package vanilla ice cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine cornstarch, pineapple juice, and bourbon. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add pineapple and mint. Serving Ideas: Over Vanilla Ice Cream.
