Louisiana Style Bbq Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup onion

1 cup green bell pepper

1 cup celery

8 ounces tomato sauce

3/4 cup catsup

1 teaspoon creole mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


saute onions, bell peppers, and celery in oils for 5 minutes add remaining ingredients-mix well heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes use as a sauce with shellfish and rice
