Lemon-Pepper Dill Sauce

Ingredients:


1 cup bottled mayonnaise

1 Teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 Tablespoon minced fresh dill

1/2 Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the zest, the lemon juice, the dill, and the pepper. Serve the sauce with cooked asparagus or other vegetables or as a dip with crudités. Makes about 1 cup.
