Hot and Spicy Chili Sauce

Ingredients:


5 pound Ripe tomatoes

2 medium Onions

3/4 Cup Sugar

1 1/4 Cup Cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon Ground ginger

1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon Curry powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop vegetables, add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour or a little more until thick. Bottle in sterilized jars.
