Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:


1 cup Heavy Cream

3 Tablespoons Horseradish

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place cream in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 8 and whip until stiff peaks form. Reduce to speed 2 and add horseradish, salt, and parsely, mixing just until combined. Serve Immediately.
