HONEY MUSTARD

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons mustard powder

1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

1 teaspoon cardamom -- ground

1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves -- chopped

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 can light olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

3 teaspoons scotch whisky

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


In the work bowl of a food processor or blender combine the mustards, cardamom and mint. Process 30 seconds. Add the vinegar, oil, honey and whisky. Process 30 seconds. Add the flour. Process 30 seconds. Spoon into a sterilized container and seal. Refrigerate 1 week. Makes 1 cup.
