Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients:


4 large egg yolks

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 piece vanilla bean

1 ounce grand marnier
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine egg yolk with sugar. Stir into cool milk. Add Vanilla Bean. Heat until thick. Do not boil. Let cool, remove vanilla bean, then stir in liqueur.
