Ingredients:


1/2 cup onion

2 teaspoons mild green chiles

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon garlic puree

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon fennel seed

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup water

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine onions, chiles, ginger, garlic, curry powder, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, salt in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir for 1 minute remove from heat add remaining ingredients and stir constantly for 5 minutes serve hot or warm
