Ingredients:


5 tablespoons rice vinegar

5 tablespoons dashi

1/2 cup sugar

4 teaspoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon msg
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine vinegar, dashi, sugar, soy, and salt in a small saucepan, over a medium flame sprinkle with msg heat and stir to a boil remove from heat and cool to room temperature use as desired
