Bacon and Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:


1 gram granaroli

1/3 stick butter

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 pound bacon

10 medium plum tomatoes chopped

1 medium green pepper diced

1/4 cup white wine

1 medium red pepper diced

1 medium hot pepper halved and seeded

1 medium Onion chopped

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
