Ingredients:


1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 cup onion -- very finely diced

2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice -- strained

1 teaspoon peanut oil

1 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1/2 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


HEAT BUTTER IN A SMALL SKILLET, OVER A MEDIUM FLAME ADD ONIONS, HEAT AND STIR FOR 8-10 MINUTES, UNTIL ONIONS BEGIN TO BROWN ADD PEANUT BUTTER, SOY, LEMON JUICE, PEANUT OIL, AND RED CHILES HEAT AND STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED STIR IN MILK, IN A THIN-STEADY STREAM, UNTIL WELL MIXED REMOVE FROM HEAT SERVE HOT OR WARM
