Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded potatoes

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

5 slices kraft american singles pasteurized process cheese food

5 pieces kaiser rolls -- split

5 slices red onion slices

5 medium mushroom slices
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine meat, potatoes, chopped onion and seasonings. Shape into five patties. Grill both sides on greased grill to desired doneness. Top with cheese food and heat until cheese food melts. For each sandwich, cover bottom half of bun with patty, onion slice and mushroom slices. Serve with top half of bun. 5 sandwiches.
