Ingredients:


2 slices bread

1 Tablespoon butter

4 Tablespoon cream

2 large eggs

1 Tablespoon grated cheese

teaspoon salt -- pepper, and paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Remove the centers of the bread and brown the part that's left in butter. Sprinkle a baking dish with a little cream, lay in the bread rounds, and break a raw egg in the center of each slice..
