Grilled Cheese Sandwich With Olivada

Ingredients:


2 slices white or egg bread -- (challah)

1 jar green or black olivada

1 small amount of mayonnaise

1 package swiss cheese

1 medium ripe tomato thin slices

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Spread each slice of bread with olivada, and a little bit of mayonnaise. Sandwich a slice or two of cheese in between the bread, with or without a slice of tomato. Saute or grill sandwich on each side until cheese has melted.
