Alfalfa Pocket Bread Sandwiches

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 pieces pocket bread rounds -- (6 inch)
4 bunches lettuce leaves
8 medium tomato slices
10 ounces chunk chicken -- drained
4 1/2 ounces fresh alfalfa sprouts -- washed and drained
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Cut slit halfway around edge of each bread round; spread cream cheese mixture on inside of each. Divide lettuce, tomato, chicken, and alfalfa sprouts among sandwiches.
