Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds tomato

1/2 cup scallions

2 tablespoons cilantro

1 tablespoon garlic

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

3/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-72 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
