1 large Large papaya
1/2 small Small jalapeno pepper
1/4 Cup Diced red onion
1/3 Cup Diced yellow or red pepper
1 Tablespoon Lime juice
1 Tablespoon Minced fresh coriander

Preparation / Directions:

Dice papaya and minced jalapeno pepper. Combine and toss with remaining ingredients. Make 3 cups goes great with grilled or broiled meats, fish or chicken.
