Ingredients:


4 medium Tomatoes -- peeled and chopped

1/2 cup Onion -- finely chopped

1/2 cup Celery -- finely chopped

1/4 cup Bell pepper -- finely chopped

1/4 cup Oil

2 tablespoon Green chiles -- finely chopped

2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Mustard seed

1 teaspoon Cilantro seed -- crushed or Fresh cilantro leaves

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips.
