Orange Salsa

Ingredients:


2 large Florida oranges, peeled, Pith removed and diced 1 1/2 c)

1 large Tomato, seeded and diced (1c)

1/3 Cup Minced red onion

1 teaspoon Grated orange peel

1 teaspoon Minced garlic

1 teaspoon Minced ginger root

1/2 medium Jalapeno chili pepper, Minced fine (2t)

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, or Coriander
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve. Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
