Mango-Chile Salsa

Ingredients:


1 large ripe mangoes -- peeled and diced

1/2 cup cilantro -- chopped

1 medium dried ancho chile -- soaked, seeded and -- chopped

1 small red bell pepper -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped

1 medium jalapeno chile pepper -- chopped with seeds

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

1 tablespoons fresh lime juice -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and set aside or keep in refrigerator until ready to use. May be kept for 24 hours.
