Mango-Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:


6 cups mangoes -- diced

2 cups red onion -- finely diced

2 cups black beans -- cooked

4 medium jalapenos -- minced

1/4 cup cilantro -- chopped

4 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup lime juice

4 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mangoes, onions, beans, jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, cumin and salt and pepper T T. Chill.
