Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Ingredients:


4 cups canned no-salt-added black beans

1 clove garlic minced

1 medium jalapeno -- minced

3 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

3 cups mangoes (about 3 mangoes) -- washed -- chopped ripe

1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple

1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1/2 cup cilantro -- washed -- chopped fresh
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all the ingredients and mix well, Refrigerate.
