Avocado Salsa Cruda

Ingredients:


1/2 cup avocado -- finely diced

1/2 cup chopped tomato -- peeled

1/2 cup red onion -- diced

1/4 cup jalapeno -- finely diced

1/4 cup bell pepper -- finely diced

1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped

1/8 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a non-aluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the seasonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
