Ingredients:


4 medium tomatoes -- peeled and seeded

8 medium scallions

5 medium pickled jalapenos -- minced

4 sprigs cilantro -- minced

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

4 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 medium ripe tomatoes

3 medium green onions, green part, minced

5 medium pickled jalapenos, minced

4 sprigs cilantro, minced

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce. Chill and serve. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
