Ingredients:


1/2 cup finely chopped tomato

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

3 tablespoons fine chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel, seed and finely chop the tomato. Mix well and serve.
