Mango Tequila Salsa

Ingredients:


2 cups mango -- peeled and diced

2/3 cup red bell pepper -- chopped fine

3 tablespoons tequila

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 tablespoon jalapeno -- seeded and minced

2 teaspoons mint -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
