Ingredients:


10 1/2 ounces mandarin oranges -- drained and chopped

1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped fine

1/3 cup red onions -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine bell pepper, mandarin oranges, 1/3 cup onion, corn, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in another medium bowl. Set aside. Serving Ideas : Pork Tenderloin and Mandarin Salsa
