Ingredients:


4 medium tomatoes

1 medium chopped green pepper

1 medium chopped scallions to taste

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 medium chopped red onion

1 tablespoon ground cumin

10 large quartered black olives

1 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano

2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon ground red peppers to taste

1 teaspoon chopped red pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Skin tomatoes, remove seeds, chop moderately fine and put in a large saucepan. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, refrigerate and serve. "You can add any kinda vegetable you want to this."
