Garbanzo Salsa

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon pepper to paste

1 teaspoon salt to taste

1/4 cup lime juice

1/3 cup green onion -- chopped

1/3 cup yogurt -- low fat, unflavored

1 cup cilantro -- fresh

1 can garbanzos -- (8 oz)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain garbanzos; whirl smooth in a food processor or blender with cilantro, yogurt, onions, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
