Ingredients:


1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

6 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon crushed dried mint

2/3 cup sugar

2 medium jalapeno peppers -- minced

4 medium green onions -- minced

12 ounces fresh cranberries -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill 24 hours or up to 4 days.
