Ingredients:


15 ounces black beans -- rinsed and drained

1 cup seeded -- chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 medium serrano pepper -- seeded and chopped

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Let stand one hour.
